Do I need to provide a physical copy of my prescription?

To receive your compounded medication, we must have a valid prescription on file. If you have an eScript, we can dispense and deliver your order without needing a physical copy.

If you're using a paper prescription:

  • You can upload a soft copy to place your order, but
  • We must receive the original hard copy before we can dispense.

If picking up your medication in-store, please bring your physical script with you. If you're requesting delivery, you'll need to post or drop off your prescription at the pharmacy.
