Ingredients: Wheat Dextrin (100%).

Directions: Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber powder into at least 1/2 cup of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved. Adults and children 12 years and over may have two teaspoons twice a day and children aged 4 to 11 years may have two teaspoons once a day. Not recommended for carbonated beverages.
