Ingredients: Active Ingredients: Glucosamine sulfate 3mg/g; Shark Cartilage 20mg/g.

Directions: Cleanse, rinse and dry skin prior to application. Apply generously to painful joints and gently massage until Artho-Aid Direct Cream disappears. Repeat as necessary. For optimum benefit, use daily as directed for a minimum of two weeks.
