This soft cervical collar assists in the treatment of:

• Intervertebral disc injury

Directions:

• Look straight ahead and keep your chin parallel to the floor.
• Fit the collar snugly around your neck so your chin sits in the depression of the collar.
• Secure the fasteners at the back of your neck.
• Make sure you can breath comfortably.
• If too tight or loose, adjust the fastener again.

Washing:

Gently squeeze in warm soapy water and repeat in clean water. Again gently squeeze to remove excess water and lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or bleach.
