Ingredients: Vitamin B1 (as thiamine phosphate acid ester chloride dihydrate) 1.4mg, Vitamin B2 (as riboflavine sodium phosphate) 1.6mg, Vitamin B3 (as Nicotinamide) 18mg, Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid as calcium pantothenate) 6mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 2mg, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 60mg, Vitamin H (Biotin) 150mcg, Folic Acid 200mcg, Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate and magnesium sulphate dihydrate) 100mg, Zinc (as zinc citrate trihydrate) 9.5mg, Calcium (as calcium carbonate and calcium pantothenate) 100mg, Guarana extract equiv. to dry seed 120mg, Caffeine (including naturally occuring caffeine in guarana) 75mg.

Directions:

Adults only: Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water. Maximum recommended dosage is 1 tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
