Dimensions:

Large: Un-stretched sleeve circumference 34–40 cm, length 29 cm.
All gel sleeves are 10 mm thick and stretch an additional 5–10 cm for a snug, compressive fit.

Usage Instructions: For cold therapy, place your BodyICE Compression Gel Sleeve in the resealable bag in the freezer for a minimum of two hours. It will remain flexible even under cold temperatures. Apply for 20 minutes and store in the resealable bag in the freezer for future use.

For heat therapy remove your BodyICE Compression Gel Sleeve from the resealable bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then test the level of heat against your skin. It should feel warm, but not too hot. Reheat in 10 second increments until the desired temperature is achieved. Apply for 20 minutes and store in resealable bag for future use.
