Ingredients:

*Lemon Myrtle Oil (Backhousia citriodora), Lemongrass Oil (Cymbopogon flexuosus), Orange Oil, (Citrus aurantium), *Peppermint Eucalyptus Oil (Eucalyptus dives), Siberian Fir Oil (Abies sibirica).

Directions:

Diffusion Add 6-9 drops to water in your diffuser.

Inhalation Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water and inhale, avoiding eye area.

Massage Add 6 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into required area. Mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
