Ingredients (each tablet): Hydrolysed collagen 1000mg, Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100mg, Copper (as cupric oxide) 500mg, d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate (vitamin E) 4.26mg.

Contains: Phenylalanine, soya bean products, sulfites, colourings and tabletting aids.

Directions:

Adults: Take 3 tablets daily. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Break the tablet in half for ease of swallowing.

Warnings: Talk to your health professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
