Ingredients (each tablet): Panax ginseng ext. dry conc. 55.56mg equiv. dry root 1g, Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 19.06mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 20mg, Nicotinamide 20mg, Calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5) 10.87mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 30.39mg, Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 1mg, Iron (as Iron (II) glycinate) 5mg.

Directions:

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
