Chemists Own Children's Paracetamol 1 Month - 2 Years Liquid 20mL

Chemists Own Children's Paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever associated with teething, headaches, immunisation, earache and symptoms of colds & flu in children.

Ingredients: 

Each 1 mL contains: Paracetamol 100mg/mL

Does NOT contain: Gluten, lactose, sugar or colour.

Directions: 

Shake bottle before use.

If your child weighs more than 12kg, dose at 15mg of paracetamol (0.15mL by syringe) per kg of body weight.

Take every 4-6 hours as necessary. Do not give more than 4 doses per 24 hours.

Can be mixed with water or fruit juice if required.

Warnings: 

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Do not:
•    Take with other products containing paracetamol unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist.
•    Use in infants less than 1 month of age.
Unless advised by a doctor, do not use for longer than 48 hours at a time. 

While using this product: 
•    Use strictly as directed
•    Keep to recommended dose
•    If an overdose is taken or suspected, ring the Poisons Information Centre (131 126) or go to a hospital straight away, even if the child feels well, because of the risk of delayed serious liver damage.
•    Rinse syringe after each use 
Give to children under 6 months only on medical advice, and children aged 6 months to 2 years only on health care professional advice.
