Dimetapp 12 Hour Nasal Spray is fast acting and long lasting, providing relief from congestion due to colds, sinusitis, hay fever and other respiratory allergies.

Suitable For: Suitable for adults and children over 6 years

Ingredients: Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride 50mcg per spray

Contains: Benzalkonium chloride 0.02% w/v as a preservative

Directions: 

Adults and Children 6 years and over: 1-3 sprays per nostril every 10-12 hours as necessary. Maximum 2 doses per day.
