Directions:

1. Add 300ml of hot water to a shaker or bowl then add 1 sachet (50g). Stir continuously until smooth (2 minutes). Allow to stand (2-3 minutes) before consuming.
2. Replace 1-2 meals a day.
3. Use in combination with a healthy diet, exercise and an adequate water intake (2+ litres).
