EASEaCOLD Cold & Flu Day & night has been formulated to help relieve cold and flu symptoms including sore throat, nasal congestion, body aches, fever, headaches and fatigue.

Ingredients: Day Capsule: echinacea 2g; zinc 12mg; Vitamin C 245mg; salix alba 1.2g; sambucus nigra 1.5g. Night Capsule: echinacea 1g; Vitamin C 40mg; salix alba 334mg; sambucus nigra 670mg; valerian 1.33g.

Directions:

• Adults : Day Capsules: Take 1 soft Day capsule 4 times a day with food. Night Capsules: Take 2 soft capsules an hour before bedtime. Or as directied by your healthcare practitioner.
• Children 9-12 years: Day Capsules: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day with food Night Capsules: Take 1 Night capsule an hour before bedtime. Or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings: If symptoms including coughing persist, consult your healthcare professional. Seek medical advice before use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
