DHA and choline are nutrients that cannot be made in adequate quantities by the body and must be obtained through the diet. However, many people don’t eat enough foods that are rich in DHA or choline, such as oily fish, seafood, liver, and eggs. If you’re not getting enough through your diet, then supplementation may be beneficial.

Ingredients: Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)-rich oil derived from microalgae, Schizochytrium sp. 470 mg (equiv. to DHA 200 mg), Choline bitartrate 267 mg (equiv. to choline 110 mg).
