Ingredients:Each tablet contains: Ferrous Fumarate 200mg (equivalent to elemental iron 65.7mg).

Directions:Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, before food, or as directed by your doctor. Ferro-Tab Iron should not be taken for more than 12 months except on medical advice.
