Fybogel is an easy-to-use and pleasant tasting way to increase the fibre in your diet which helps your digestive system work more efficiently and gently relieves constipation. Fybogel helps restore and maintain regularity without staining, discomfort or unnatural urgency.

Ingredients: Each orange flavoured sachet of powder contains 3.5g of Ispaghula Husk. Phenylketonurics.

Contains Phenylalanine.

Contains aspartame and saccharin.

Directions:

1. Pour sachet contents into glass of approximately 250mL of cool water or fruit juice.
2. Stir well and drink straight away.
3. Take 2 hours before or after taking medication to minimise any effect on drug absorption.
