Directions:

TO RESTORE AND MAINTAIN REGULARITY:

- for adults 12+ years; 1 1/2 teaspoons to be taken 1-3 times daily

- for children 6-11 years, 1/2 adult dose to be taken 1-3 times daily on medical advice.

TO HELP LOWER CHOLESTEROL LEVELS:

- for adults 12+ years; 1 1/2 teaspoons 3 times daily

- for children 6-11 years; consult a doctor.
