Designed to provide firm effective support for sprains, strains and weak joint. Easy to apply – no need for pins or tapes. Stays in place. Available in a range of sizes to fit most pats of the body. Can be washed for repeat use.

Directions: Measure around the widest part of the affected area and select the appropriate size. Cut so that the bandage is twice the length required to cover the affected area. Pull over the affected area. Double back so that it forms a double layer ensuring the top layer overlaps the bottom layer by about 3cm.
