Directions:

  1. Clean your face: Ensure the area around your mouth and lips is clean and dry.
  2. Peel off backing: Remove tape from its pack and stretch in the direction indicated – the backing paper will split to come off.
  3. Gently adhere: With adhesive toward your closed mouth, place the tape in the middle and adhere.
  4. Afterwards: After a great night’s sleep, remove by pulling gently from left to right. Soapy warm water can assist if needed.
