Nighty Nighty Sleep Effervescent contains 600mg of Ashwagandha + Magnesium. Traditionally used ayurvedic medicine to reduce the time to fall asleep, as well as improves sleep quality.

Ingredients: Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract 600 mg equiv. to dry root 7.2 g (7200 mg), Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate) 100 mg, Nicotinamide (Vit B3) 15 mg.

Directions: Take one tablet daily, 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Dissolve one effervescent tablet in 200 mL of water. Stir for a minimum of 30 seconds. Keep stirring until foaming subsides.
