Poly-Tears Lubricating Eye Drops have been specially formulated to provide soothing relief from the symptoms associated with dry, irritated eyes.

Ingredients: Duasorb (Hypromellose 3 mg/mL And Dextran 70 1 mg/mL). Preservative: Polyouate (Polyquaternium-1) 0.011 mg/mL.

Directions:Instill 1 or 2 drops in the eye(s) as required or as directed by your doctor. Discard container 4 weeks after opening.

Warnings:

Tamper evident: do not use if tamper evident cap is damaged. Do not use if package has been opened or damaged.

It is essential that you follow your eye care practitioner's directions and all labelling instructions for proper use of the product.

If you experience headache, eye pain, persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes or redness of the eye or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, remove any contact lenses, discontinue use of the eye drops and consult your eye care practitioner.
