Ponstan capsules are effective in the symptomatic treatment of period pain.

Active Ingredients: Mefenamic Acid 250 mg (Also contains lactose).

Directions:

For use by adults and children from 14 years and over:

Take 2 capsules swallowed whole with water 3 times a day with food from the onset and for the duration of pain. Ponstan should be taken at the first sign to maximise effectiveness.

Warnings: This preparation is for the relief of minor and temporary ailments and should be used strictly as directed.
