Ingredients: Each tablet contains: Calcium carbonate 680mg (equivalent to calcium 272mg), Magnesuim carbonate - heavy 80mg (equivalent to magnesium 12.8mg).

Directions: Adults and children over 12 years: Two tablets to be chewed as required. Repeat whenever discomfort is felt to a maximum of 16 tablets a day. Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
