Stratamed Advanced Film-forming Wound Dressing 5g

Ingredients: Polysiloxanes, Siloxane Resin

Directions: Ensure that the affected skin or wound is clean. Pat dry as much excess exudate or wound fluid from the wound as possible prior to gel application. Stratamed should be applied once daily or twice daily to exposed areas. Once dry Stratamed can be covered with sunscreem, cosmetics, pressure garments or casts. On damaged skin or wounds requiring a seconday dressing - Apply a very thin layer of Stratamed then cover with the seconday dressing. Drying is not necessary. Stratamed should be reapplied when changing the secondary dressing or checking wound progress or as advised by your physician. For best results Stratamed should be maintained in continuous contact with the skin (24 hours a day/7 days a week). If Stratamed has been removed by washing it should be reapplied.

• Stratamed should not be placed in contact with the eyes.

• Stratamed should not be applied over other skin treatments without the advice of your physician.

• Stratamed may stain clothing if not completely dry.

• Should your wound show signs of infection or fail to heal, consult your physician.

• If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician.

• Not suitable for wet, highly exudative, tunnelling wounds or 3rd degree burns.

• Keep out of the reach of children.

• Store below 25 °C (77 °F).

Strataderm Scar Therapy Gel 5g

Ingredients: Polydimethylsiloxanes, siloxanes, alkylmethyl silicones

Directions: Apply a very thin layer of Strataderm to the scar and allow gel to dry. Strataderm should be applied once daily or twice daily to exposed areas or as advised by your physician.

Warnings:

• For external use only.
• Strataderm should not be applied on third degree burns or to open wounds.
• Strataderm should not be placed in contact with mucous membranes or the eyes.
• Strataderm should not be applied over other skin treatments without the advice of your physician.
• Strataderm may stain clothing if not completely dry. If staining occurs, dry cleaning should be able to remove it without damaging the fabric.
• For correct storage please reclose the tube tightly with the cap.
• If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiration (EXP) date printed on the tube.
