Ingredients: Polyethylene Glycol 400 4 mg/mL and Propylene Glycol 3 mg/mL with Boric Acid, Hydroxypropyl Guar, Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Zinc Chloride, Polyquad (polyquaternium-1) as a preservative, purified water.

Directions: Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed or as directed by your doctor. Discard container 4 weeks after opening. Do not use if seal is broken. Sterile, until opened.

Warnings:

Ophthalmic use only.

If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a doctor or eye care professional. If the solution changes colour or becomes cloudy, do not use.

Do not use if you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product.

Do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination.

Replace cap after use.
