Zostrix Cream 45g

Zostrix Capsaicin 0.025%. May be useful as an adjunct in the temporary relief of pain associated with arthritis. May be useful for the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia (pain following shingles).

Ingredients: Active Ingredients: Capsaicin 0.025% w/w. Other Ingredients: Benzyl alcohol, Cetyl alcohol, Glyceryl 1-monostearate, Isopropyl myristate, Purified water, Sodium citrate, Sorbitol, White soft paraffin.

Directions: Apply a small amount of Zostrix Cream to the affected area 3-4 times per day, not more than every 4 hours. After applying Zostrix Cream, hands should be washed thoroughly. Do not apply Zostrix Cream near eyes. Avoid taking a hot bath or shower directly before or after application with Zostrix Cream.

Warnings: Avoid getting in eyes or on broken or irritated skin. If condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 28 days in the case of arthritis (14 days with post-herpetic neuralgia), or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use of this product and consult your doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
